Affiliate Terms

1. Agreement

By participating in the Aviator Network Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to the Aviator Network Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration and Approval

Participation requires approval by Aviator Network. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at our discretion.

3. Referral Links

Affiliates may use only official referral links provided by Aviator Network. Misleading marketing, spam, or deceptive practices are prohibited.

4. Compensation

Affiliates may earn commissions based on qualifying referrals and platform engagement. Commission tiers may allow top affiliates to earn up to 30%. Aviator Network does not guarantee any minimum earnings.

5. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with commissions earned through the program. Aviator Network may require tax documentation such as IRS Form W-9 before issuing payments.

6. Brand Use

Affiliates may not represent themselves as Aviator Network employees or official representatives. Affiliates may not offer flight training, aviation services, or instruction using the Aviator Network brand name unless separately authorized.

7. Program Changes

Aviator Network may modify the affiliate program, commission structure, or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Independent Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Aviator Network.
